Leadership Training and Coaching
The most valuable asset businesses possess are their people, and the skills their people have mastered. The effectiveness of all other assets – liquidity, infrastructure, technology, strategy – ultimately depend on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of people administering and developing them further. This is where training plays a crucial role for businesses to remain agile, innovative, and competitive.
In countless training programme design and development projects, I have developed my own approach and structure to training development:- Framework – ensure clarity regarding the framework requirements of the programme or measure
- Objectives – refine the set of aims to be achieved: what is important, and what is not!
- Design Principles – agree on defining characteristics of your programme or measure
- Features – ensuring that all dimensions of the programme or measure are covered: learning, communication, motivation and evaluation
- Experience – finalizing the overall learning experience for the participants – flow, methods, process.
This process has proven effective and useful, and has ensured that stakeholders and project responsibles are aligned throughout.
